I started as an Art Director in Portland, Oregon, cutting my teeth on brands that had no room for average. Over two decades, I grew into leading global creative teams at agencies and in-house, directing brand and product launch work for Nike, Apple, Adidas, Steelcase, Coca-Cola, and dozens of others across healthcare, tech, and B2B.
My approach has always been the same: start with strategy, build systems that scale, and never mistake execution for thinking. I've led teams of 4 and teams of 18. I've taken ambiguous briefs and turned them into campaigns that moved numbers. The title changes. The standard doesn't.
